Keith, after enjoying a long career in he Hospitality Industry and formerly President of Café Express Restaurants and wife Holly, formerly a Family Law paralegal started their business with the purchase and development of what is now Dickinson Bar~B~Que & Steakhouse, an award winning Family restaurant, after 8 successful years, Keith and Holly having always loved the New Orleans culture, food and architecture launched Marais, an incredible mix of 40's era glam New Orleans, and multiple causal dining and lounging spaces on the water aptly named Benson's, The Terrace, "Dickinbach" Biergarden and The Plank, a Pirate themed Sports Bar.
