About the Business

History

Established in 2003.

Magnolia Market is a nationally recognized retail store founded by Joanna Gaines. The store features a hand-selected collection of unique and inspiring design items. Joanna originally opened Magnolia Market in 2003 but closed soon after the birth of their first two kiddos in order to scale back and focus on their home renovation business. More than ten years later in the summer of 2014, Joanna reopened Magnolia Market's little shop on Bosque. In Fall 2015 Magnolia Market opened its new retail space in the historic Brazos Valley Cotton Oil Co. The renovation project was covered on HGTV's "Fixer Upper", and the new site boasts food trucks, an elaborate garden, a live music venue, and event space, with more to come.
