The family has opened some of the finest restaurants in Dallas. Coming down from New York to open their first establishment in Dallas in 1983, 40 years of experience speaks for itself. In Frisco since 1993 and McKinney since 1992.

Being born in the kitchen isn't an exaggeration.  The kitchen was a place of comfort for Dritan, and running the business made a whole lot of sense.  Growing up in the family restaurant, washing dishes at age 7 and eventually playing host at 12 no wonder Dritan has that charm in a family friendly atmosphere at his establishments.  Leaving the family business at 18 he came back to open his first restaurant at a young age to make it the most popular place for authentic Pizza and Italian food in Frisco.
