Lúa Viet Kitchen

About the Business

Specialties

At LVK, we strive to bring elevated Vietnamese cuisine to Houstonians. We believe food should be made fresh using high, quality ingredients. We're proud of the many local partnerships with similar vision and purpose. Sure it takes more time to source responsibly. It takes more effort to prepare food without MSG. But our valued guests deserve more than the standard fare. So come dine with us and xin mi (please enjoy)!

History

Established in 2018.

We love Vietnamese food but can’t find an eatery with an emphasis on local sourcing and clean ingredients. Thus, LVK was conceptualized over 6 years ago. We took the time to find partners that share our values of sustainable practices and focus on quality ingredients. We serve antibiotic/hormone free beef and chicken, raised humanely and fed vegetarian diets, select organic produce locally grown, pesticide/chemical free tea offerings, and much more. Taste the difference of healthier Vietnamese cuisine, made fresh to order without msg, at LVK! With Love and Care The LVK Family

My managing partners and I were inspired to create a Vietnamese fast-casual eatery focused on quick service and clean foods.  High quality ingredients, many of which are sourced locally, prepared without msg,  we wanted to be different.  From design to service and food,  we hope you taste and see the difference. With Love,The LVK Family
