Business Owner

Warren and Jenny Smith (owners of The Texan Cafe & Pie Shop) purchased the Cafe in December 2021. They continue to use the same homemade recipes and serve the same dishes that made the Louisiana Longhorn Cafe famous. We pledge to stay true to the Cajun menu and to offer a few new items to keep things interesting.
