Local Table

About the Business

Specialties

Local Table, where simple sophistication meets family-friendly fun, features both casual and fine American cuisine with a twist. Our straightforward, scratch-made meals inspired by classic and time-tested recipes are prepared using fresh, nourishing ingredients -- we hope you're able to taste the love in every bite. But our name connotes more than just the locally sourced produce that we use in our dishes -- it also exemplifies the spirit of our neighborhood and community we wish to share with all our patrons, young and old. Our family thanks you for your support and invites your family to join us soon to eat, drink, and gather.

History

Established in 2016.

Local Table is a concept conceived by the family that created Hungry's Café and Bistro, a neighborhood bistro in the Rice Village and Memorial neighborhoods with a 35-plus year history. This new iteration from Hungry's represents a new generation within the Hungry's founders' family: young families building a life in the suburbs that desire a dining destination that boasts a unique combination of hipness and kid-friendliness. Local Table first opened its doors in 2016, and we're looking forward to many more years ahead.
