History

Established in 2012.

Concept created by Chef Aqulies Chavez (2004) brought to life in 2012. Which was later to be expanded to two other locations back in his natal Mexico; Playa del Carmen, 2014 and Villahermosa, 2015. La Fisheria, opened his doors once again to it's new downtown location January, 2016. Come check out our new downtown home!

La Fisheria was established in 2012, Anas, originally from Jordan, visited as a Customer first and immediately felt the connection with La Fisheria Downtown, he has been the owner for 6 years now, he moved the original location from Inker Rd (Heights) to Downtown, recovered from Harvey and never been more dedicated and excited about the Proyection and future of La Fisheria.
