Established in 1980.

JS Chen's first restaurant was started in China Town Richardson. Two other restaurants were added in Plano TX on Legacy Dr. Currently the one on 240 Legacy Dr is the only restaurant. It has serving capacity of 500 and open 7/24. Voted the best Dimsum Chinese restaurant in Dallas by Dallas morning news multiple times.

Joe is our executive chef and leader.  Anna is the director of operations.  They both came from Southern China and the Hong Kong area.  Their cooking is authentic Hong Kong Style and specialize in Dimsum, BBQ and Signature Crab Dishes.  Joe brings the latest creative menu items from US, Canada and China to Texas.  They have the best Social Media Review with over 18% of Customer Engagement Rate.  They are currently adding liquor license and a new multi-media capable conference center to the restaurant.  An order online service is also added to comply with the explosive business growth in Plano and Frisco area.  Joe and Anna are supported by a strong and loyal team of chefs, servers and support staff.  They view customer service and food quality are key to their success for customer satisfaction.
