Since 2009, our restaurant has been bringing Southern-inspired flavors infused with the spice of Southwestern cuisine to the Austin area. Chef and owner Jack Allen Gilmore's dedication to local farmers and purveyors yields us the best from each season. Texas' rich history and abundant local bounty serves as our daily inspiration, and it is our great honor to bring that directly to your table.

History

Established in 2017.

The first Jack Allen's Kitchen opened in 2009 in the Oak Hill neighborhood of Austin. Since then, chef/owner Jack Gilmore has opened three more locations, with Anderson Lane being the newest.
