Restaurateur Todd Kerr began his career as owner of The State Club Grill & Bar in 1986, just off the doorstep of North Texas State University (now University of North Texas). Ten years later, he established Macklin's Catering Co., a full-service catering and event company which serves the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. In 2009, Kerr created the neighborhood concept of J. Macklin's Grill, bringing both the family name and the same delicious food to the Coppell community. And for those of you who remember Kerr from his NTSU days you'll be happy to know you can get those same Famous State Club Chicken Tenders now at J. Macklin's Grill!
