History

Established in 2017.

Heritage Pizza & Taproom is the first and original, locally operated and owned, fast-casual pizza parlor from 33 Restaurant Group, LLC. 33 Restaurant Group was established in 2007. It owns and operates Cadillac Pizza Pub in McKinney, Heritage Pizza & Taproom, Taverna Rossa in Plano and Southlake, Union Bear Brewing Co. in Plano, The Yard - McKinney, TX and newly opened Suburban Yacht Club off The Boardwalk at Granite Park in Plano, TX.

Business Owner

Preston's successful career began before he was even born when he inherited his family's restaurant-centric DNA. His grandparents were in the business for over 50 years. His Mom owns a pizzeria and wine bar where Preston worked as a kid, running food and bussing tables. And after his shift towards entrepreneurialism in college, he turned a semester-long project into an opportunity to plan a pizza concept in detail. Growing-up in Texas, Preston had a love for hometown restaurants and dreamt of owning his own hometown restaurant that focused on supporting local. We opened up Heritage Pizza & Taproom for just that. We are a nostalgic American pizza parlor that focus on supporting local schools and charities, sourcing local ingredients for our food, and featuring local breweries.
