History

Established in 2015.

In early 2013, Travis & Emma drove to Marshall, Texas to pick up a homemade BBQ smoker from Travis' late uncle, Roger Heim. After barely managing to bring it home to Fort Worth in a U-haul trailer the smoker proved to be too big and burn too much wood to cook just for their family. Wanting to use the smoker more often they began to invite friends and family over every time the smoker was fired up. This led to more and more folks coming over and the parties getting out of hand. In June 2013, Travis and Emma created "t & e MEATclub" a monthly-ish BBQ dinner party where folks could pre-pay to cover the cost of food/beer for the party. Even though they didn't make any money on these events, it was a great experience smoking tons of BBQ for hungry patrons. Since then, Travis and Emma have been blessed being able to work with the very best pitmasters in the country. They have combined their own style with the techniques learned from the best to provide customers with the best BBQ possible.
