History

Established in 2006.

Founded in 2006, East Side Pies started in a small building in Austin rough-around-the-edges East Side. Our goal was to bring fresh pizzas with great quality and unique combinations to a pizza desert. Seven years and many great customers later, we now have three locations throughout the Austin area.

I'm half or the partnership. I'm from Chicago, Deerfield to be exact. I have been in the food biz for most of my adult life. I am a baker and cook. I have a degree from CIA in Hyde Park NY. I have lived more than half of my life in and around Texas. 79- 83 in Dallas
