Our mission is to source only the finest locally sourced ingredients and freshest sustainable seafood for our seasonal menu, then pair each dish with a classic cocktail, a delicious craft beer, or a unique glass of wine that will make everything come together perfectly. We invite you to join us for brunch, lunch or dinner out on our beautiful patio or our cozy dining room and discover why we've been nominated as one of Austin's Best Neighborhood Restaurants by CultureMap. History

Established in 2013.

A new addition to South Austin, District Kitchen + Cocktails opened on Slaughter Lane in 2013. We offer a fusion of cuisines that bring together Middle Eastern, French, Cajun, Japanese and Asian influences. We are proud to be a part of such a great community and want to thank you, our loyal customers, for your continued support of our local restaurant. From everyone here at District Kitchen, we look forward to many great years to come and hope that you, your family and friends will join us soon!

Business Owner

Owner and chef, Amir Hajimaleki, has always had a passion for great cuisine and dreamed of owning his own restaurant one day. Classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, Hajimaleki brings an extensive background in the restaurant industry with him to this new endeavor.
