Established in 2013.

Dish Society launched its first location on San Felipe in Houston, TX in January of 2014 and currently has 5 locations across Houston.

Business Owner

Aaron Lyons, a first-time restaurateur, created the casual, farm-to-table concept for Dish Society after becoming frustrated with the lack of conscious and approachable options for REAL food. Aaron wrote the business plan while earning his MBA at The University of Texas at Austin and opened the first location in 2014 with hopes of growing the concept across Texas and eventually the country.
