About the Business

Specialties

The largest retailer of used and refurbished laptops, computers and computer monitors. Discount Electronics was founded in Austin, Texas, in 1997. All of our computers and laptops come with our famous one-year parts and labor warranty.

History

Established in 1997.

We started on N. Lamar in 97 with just 4 employees and one small store. Today we have a staff of 70, two Austin retail stores and a very large internet sales facility. We credit our growth to great employees who genuinely care about the company they work for and the people they serve.
