About the Business

Specialties

In addition to serving beef big mouth burgers, homespun shakes, and addictive fry creations, Burger Bar on Congress pays homage to Austin's legendary food trucks with a walk-up window on Congress Ave. We are proud to offer Wagyu burgers made from 100% American beef. Sourced from Wyoming's Brush Creek Ranch, this purebred beef comes from legendary Japanese lines and is known for its rich, buttery taste and subtle sweetness. Give one a try and see why all the hype is about!
