Specialties

Churro Co. Austin specializes in traditional style Churros with a twist. Crispy on the outside, warm and soft on the inside, tossed in cinnamon sugar and topped with a variety of delicious concoctions. The menu contains rotating dessert variations with generous puddles of Mexican chocolate or caramel sauce (Cajeta) along with a wide range of topping selections from torched marshmallows, to made-from-scratch blackberry sauce, to ice cream. Established in 2014.

We make churros from scratch & sell them out of a dandy little trailer in Austin, TX. Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, add a scoop of ice cream to finish it off. See you soon!
