Established in 2006.

Chicago inmigrant Luis Marquez came to Houston with the recipe of Chicago Style food, he couldn't find a real Polish Sausage and Italian Beef or Deep Dish Pizza, so he decided to open his own place. He brought the real taste of Chicago to Houston, with fresh ingredients and well cooked plates.
