Chef Chamberlain opened Chamberlain's Steak and Fish House in 1993. He has been married to his wife Lisa for 32 years and has two beautiful children Tori and Stephen. Prior to opening Chamberlain's, Richard worked at high end hotels and restaurants including The Little Nell hotel in Aspen, Colorado. The Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas. And the Bel Aire Hotel in Las Angeles.
