Current owners Erik & Katie Yeargan took over from the founders, Brannon & Christie Soileau, with plans to make it a family affair with their adult children. Erik is a 4th generation native Texan who lived in Montreal for almost 20 years, so he took it as a real sign when he first visited BOSS and saw a painting of the famous Montreal bagelry where two of his sons worked for years as students. Katie is originally from the East Bay in Northern CA (but she got here as soon as she could with decades of family & franchise business experience.
