History

Established in 2010.

A national franchise for the past 20 years, we are now celebrating our independence under our new name -- Bartlett's. In the 2011 Austin Chronicle Restaurant Poll, Bartlett's was named among the top 20 restaurants in Austin. Amazing what independence, hard work and very loyal customers will get you. As you probably know by now, the name over the door and our new signs out front, are about all we've changed. Barlett's has the same classic menu, the same relentless dedication to service and quality, and the same local owner. While we have been very careful to honor what got us here, we have made some significant additions. You can now make a reservation, and in fact, we are booking over 400 reservations a month.

Alan is the owner of Bartlett's in Austin, TX. Although independence has been created for the restaurant, he has also made sure to keep its original, local and unique characteristics entact.
