History

Established in 2000.

"Food is How we Love" We started our journey of loving through food in Angleton in 1993 with Audra's Cafe. Our goal from day one has always been preparing and serving the freshest and always homemade "comforting" food while loving our employees and customers. After a brief relocation to California we returned to our home and started planning our second adventure, opening The Soda Shoppe in 2000, a fun fifties themed diner. After an amazing 7 years with the Soda Shoppe we jumped on the opportunity to move to Mammoth Lake. We adopted the name of the mammoth that was discovered at Mammoth Lake: Asiel which means created by God. We've been living out our goal here at Asiel's on Mammoth Lake since December of 2007, Preparing and serving the freshest and always homemade "comforting" food while loving our employees and customers. For us it is and always has been: Faith, Hope & Food! Because Food is how we Love! Come dine with us!
