Airton Demoraes owner of Angus Grill Brazilian Steakhouse, got his start as a chef in Brazil when his steakhouse migrated to America. He was the head chef there when he decided to open his own restaurant, bringing Halal Brazilian steaks to Houston's Galleria neighborhood.
