Located in an historic 163 year old landmark building, this family owned and operated restaurant, offers a unique atmosphere in which to truly immerse oneself in the culture this city made famous. The owner and head chef of Alpine Haus Restaurant is Chris Hammond. He has been an executive chef for more than 16 years and worked at Edelweiss Restaurant in Corpus Christi, Texas. Chris lived in Germany for years collecting and perfecting recipes specific to the Bavarian region.
