Established in 2008.

This locally owned and operated restaurant began after the owner traveled the world and wanted to create an unique "east meets west" metropolitan dining experience. His love of food is evidenced by the eclectic menu and ambiance that you will experience when you visit.

Business Owner

John has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years.  The name Wild Ginger was uniquely chosen based on the love story between him and his wife.  They met in Taiwan near a river where wild ginger blossoms grew.  Much time was spent taking walks along that river and their romance bloomed. Not long after, they married and moved to America to start their restaurant journey.  In their hearts, they knew that one day they would name on of their restaurants Wild Ginger to commemorate their special love.
