History

Established in 2015.

This is the kind of steam that gives people visions. Where the sound of every slurp gets more and more hypnotic. Yup, bring on the goosebumps. Those weird happy chills. That tingly sensation in your left pinky toe. Or is it the right one? Hopefully both. Feels good doesn't it? Well, it should- because this is umami, and welcome to the fifth state of taste. We're talking flying on a noodle cloud, floating down a brothy river, kind of comfort food. Sure, some people may call you a noodle nut, and you know what? They couldn't be more right. So, sharpin those chopsticks. Ask for a bigger spoon. There are no judgments here. Just heaping bowls of ramen goodness for everyone. Sarah Gavigan started a pop-up ramen shop in 2012 and hasn't looked back since. Otaku Ramen is  dedicated to using traditional Japanese methods for making ramen using the bounty of Middle Tennessee.
