Our restaurant specializes in New Southern food. Gary Baron, Chef and Native Nashvillian prepares the menu and food with care and creativity. Simply fantastic food. Breakfast is our Staple with an abundant lunch offering. We make 14 flavors of jam, along with our own ketchups, mustards and hot sauces. Everything from Biscuits to burgers, our menu is sure to please. Gluten free options available.

History

Established in 2009.

The Nashville Jam Company was started in 2009. The owners are native to Nashville. The Barons know good southern food. We believe good food and true hospitality go hand in hand. Our restaurant staff are examples of True southern hospitality. We believe you will never regret being kind. Culinary Our culinary team has always been filled with all stars. Our current Chef Cory Hatcher has been a part of our team since 2015. We’ve had the pleasure of having Brandon Frohne as a team member. Nathan Gifford of GIFFORD’s Bacon ran the ship for a spell. We’ve taken southern favorites and given them our new southern twist.
