Unemployed, 5 gold credit cards, no savings account, and no job, I was reading a book by Deepka Chopra "Seven Laws of Prosperity".  I had recently been fired for doing such a great job at a Vegetarian restaurant that I said I would not work for any one else.   I was lost diving around in Historic Germantown, behind the Capital of Nashville, when the house found me.  A wonderful 1880 Italianite home.  I remember writing the number down and then forgetting about it.  However, a month later I decided to call the Realtor and have a look.As I walked through the house, I remember smelling Lilly of the Valley.  Then I began to smell gasoline and dirty cloths, as a "rock" band was renting the house.  There was musical equipment all over the place, along with dirty cloths, dishes in the sink.  Everything that would make you go back out the front door.  But something in my gut said stay.  I did and put a bid on the house... the accepted the bid, but I had 10 days to put the money together..
