OpenTables Top 50 Southern Restaurants & Top 100 USA for Brunch Celebrating 35TH Anniversary this year nestled just off West-End, next to Music Row between Vanderbilt, Music Row and Downtown, Midtown Cafe offers affordable casual fine dining at its best. The intimate cafe ambiance offers the perfect setting for a business breakfast, brunch and lunch or romantic dinner. The menu for this locally owned, 35 year standard features steaks, sustainable seafood, locally grown produce, more than 40 wines by the glass, over 150 by the bottle and some of Nashville's finest longtime professional service & culinary team members. A private room for up to 10 is available. Small restaurant with 22 tables, 80 seats and 6 bar stools in separate bar area. Smaller groups welcome and separate checks always available anytime any table. Midtown Cafe opens for breakfast, brunch and lunch all 7 days @8am - 2pm and reopens at 4:30pm for dinner Monday - Saturday. To-Go by phone is available, along with contactless pickup. Reservations are available. Self parking 8am-10:30am around building, then free valet starts.

Established in 1987.

Since 1987, Midtown Cafe is a casual fine dining restaurant open for breakfast / brunch served weekdays through lunch until 2pm all 7 days and dinner starting at 4:30pm M - Sat. Named a TOP 50 Southern Restaurant in USA in Food&Wine by OpenTable and Top 100 USA Brunch in May 2023. Featuring seafood, steaks, veal, pastas, pancakes, eggs, chicken and biscuits, French Toast, Eggs Benedict several versions, great coffee, mimosas, Bloody Mary’s and 40+ wines by the glass served by only full time, longtime professional servers. Located in the West End / Midtown/ Music Row / Vanderbilt/ Medical Center just off West End & 19th. Free parking in our lot adjacent around our building mornings until 10:30am, then free valet parking day and night.
