History

Established in 2016.

Billy Goat Tavern of Pigeon Forge opened July 6th, 2016. Our menus change seasonally and our regional draft beers change weekly. We offer 24 beers on draft. We wanted to create a restaurant in Pigeon Forge that is unlike any other, focused on locally sourced, GMO free, antibiotic free and sustainable foods. Our kitchen makes everything entirely in house. It is truly freshness you can taste.

I have over 30 years' experience in the restaurant business.  I have worked in every capacity of the business from concept development, restaurant design, construction management, menu development, etc. In the past 12 years, as Vice President of Operations,of a regional, East TN restaurant company, I have spearheaded the development, opening and operations of 14 restaurant concepts in Pigeon Forge, TN: Bullfish Grill Steak & Seafood, Bullfish Catering, LeConte Event Center Concessions, Blue Moose Burgers and Wings, Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers (3 locations), Timberwood Grill, Cinnabon, Auntie Anne's, Margaritaville Coffee, Starbuck's Coffee, Yee Haw Snack Shack and Paula Deen's Family Kitchen.
