Established in 2017.

After catering for almost 10 years, Bettina Hamblin opened her first brick and mortar restaurant featuring many of her most requested menu items.

Business Owner

Bettina moved to Knoxville in 1998 to attended the University of Tennessee. She received her BFA in painting here and shortly after opened Luxe Catering. Luxe offered a new assortment of catered foods with an emphasis on presentation and high quality custom service. In 2017 she opened her first restaurant, Farmacy. Bettina stuck with the simple modern southern foods she built her catering business with. Farmacy is in west Knoxville where she and her family live.
