About the Business

Specialties

We specialize in Amish hand-rolled freshly bake soft pretzels. We also have "pretzel wraps" which is wrapped in thin pretzel dough. We stuff them with anything from bacon egg and cheese to hot dogs to the infamous cheese steak pretzel ! We also sell hand dipped ice cream from Lancaster County.

History

Established in 2009.

Formerly known as Fisher's Soft Pretzels, Miller's Twist was created in 2009. The owner, Roger Miller worked in the Reading Terminal since 1999 where he was the manager of a restaurant in the market. Roger also worked at a pretzel shop when he was in high school, so he jumped at the opportunity to own a pretzel stand in the Reading Terminal Market.
