History

Established in 1976.

We out temporarily closed due to a devastating fire in our shop, but we'll be back. Stay tuned... Our unique Philadelphia tradition started in 1939 at the original location of 431 North 62nd Street in West Philadelphia. In 1976, Jim's expanded to this location at 400 South Street. Trading now as Jim's South St. we are independently owned and operated from the original location. Our unequaled commitment to quality and customer service has made Jim's South St. a world famous Philadelphia landmark
