Hidden Still Spirits, located in the heart of Chocolate Town USA, is a craft distillery that's been producing exceptional spirits since 2014. Adjacent to the distillery is a beautiful restaurant offering Modern American cuisine and tantalizing cocktails in a friendly, local atmosphere. Our spirits can be tasted and purchased by the bottle inside the restaurant. Ask about our quantity discounts on bottles.

History

Established in 2014.

Originally located in downtown Lebanon, PA, David E. Stein moved operations into the old Hershey Company recycling facility at 505 W. Chocolate Ave in Hershey, PA. The recycling plant was originally built by Milton Hershey and and was known as the Extractor Plant. The plant opened operations on December 1st, 1941 and remained in operation until September of 1977. This site is now home to the Hidden Still Spirits distillery and restaurant. When you visit us, you'll see how we were able to preserve the history while delivering the restaurant experience you've been asking for.
