Apollo Grill is nestled in the heart of Historic Downtown Bethlehem. Our hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday 11 am to 10 pm and the bar is open late night. We also offer Saturday Brunch March through October offering bottomless bloody Mary's & Mimosas with purchase of brunch or lunch. We are a casual yet upscale bistro...comfortable, friendly, sophisticated, and lively. Whether you join us for one of our signature martinis and one of our 30 + appetizers, a burger at lunch, or a filet mignon and a great bottle of wine at dinner, we pride ourselves on serving you a fantastic meal by a warm, friendly staff. We also have a great happy hour every Thursday night from 5 to 7 pm. We call it "Therapeutic Thursday."
