The Waterman, affectionately known as Sea Level's "kid cousin", is an approachable Oyster Bar located in the South End neighborhood of Charlotte. It's a casual neighborhood joint that specializes in great oysters, great drinks, and a great time. At The Waterman, it's easy to satisfy a craving for delicious, fresh seafood.
