Located in Ballantyne Village, The Blue Taj is a cozy, modern, and eclectic Indian restaurant that scaled to the top of Charlotte's Indian food scene. We brought the best that Indian cuisine has to offer topped with a wine cellar and a full service bar. Our food has been recognized in some of the top magazines in the city and has won various culinary awards. But, we don't really pay attention to that, we just love cooking authentic food that is a testament to our passion. Been awhile since we had been and the sushi was fresh and very good. They have added crab legs on the buffet now. Not bad at all sorta pricey for what it is.
