Established in 2015.

Sam Jones learned the craft of his family at Skylight Inn BBQ in Ayden, NC. Opened in 2015, Sam Jones BBQ stays true to tradition by having a detached smokehouse where whole hogs are slow cooked everyday. SJB is new a restaurant. However, it is old in how everything is made fresh and from scratch everyday.
