Mom & Pop BBQ Restaurant run by Father, Two Sons & Eldest son's wife. Offering both Lexington Style Pork BBQ & Eastern NC Style BBQ prepared fresh daily. These two styles are both famous in the state of North Carolina. We also offer off premise catering with a variety of menus other than BBQ. Listed in Bob Garner's Book Top 100 BBQ Restaurants in North Carolina. We cater Whole Hog Pig Pickin's. Offer Live Bluegrass & Country Music on Thurday & Saturday Evenings. Feature a diverse restaurant menu with lots of good country cooking.

Opened Prissy Polly's Pig-Pickin' BBQ Restaurant & Catering in 1991. B.S. in Foodservice Management & Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in 1986. So thankful for every day, to the good Lord, that he has allowed myself and my family to have a successful Mom & Pop business. Thankful for all the friends and guests that have patronized our establishment or that we have catered for all these years. Because, without them, we would have no business. I embrace all the challenges that come with running a small business in the current economic climate and look forward to coming to work everyday. I am also grateful to all my staff, past & present, that have been integral in the success of our growing little enterprise. Lastly, I thank God for blessing me with a Mother & Father who raised me to honor God, my family and the value of a hard days work.
