Our unique and beautiful atmosphere and decor is something not to be missed. 5 days of the week, we feature live music and we have a full band on Friday and Saturday, making Nellie's a lively spot for all ages. All food is locally sourced and prepared fresh daily. Reservations are highly recommended.

History

Established in 2016.

Nellie's was opened in June of 2016 by Kevin Jonas Sr (father of the Jonas Brothers) as a way to pay homage to his grandma, Nellie Jonas, who was a cotton picker in Belmont. The menu features some of her very own recipes in addition to classic southern dishes with a modern twist.

Jonas is an artist manager, singer, songwriter and entrepreneur and lives in Dallas, TX with his wife Denise. He came from humble beginnings, growing up in North Carolina and pursuing a career in music. Jonas has extensive experience managing artists including his sons the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato and Jordan Sparks, as well as many others.  He also serves as Honorary Chairman of the Convoy of Hope, a faith-based, nonprofit organization with a driving passion to feed the world through children's feeding initiatives, community outreaches and disaster response.
