Established in 1973.

The Jolly Roger Restaurant is the oldest Italian Restaurant on the beach. We offer a wide variety of fresh caught local seafood, steaks, prime rib, home cooked favorites and of course, the most famous breakfast on the beach. We are known all over for our huge portions and fun family atmosphere. Owner and operator of the Jolly Roger, Carol Ann is one of the most loved and respected restauranteurs on the Outer Banks.
