We also have the finest, natural, aged Hereford steaks, homemade Sangria, local craft beers, award winning Mojitos and scrumptious calamari. Our menu is constantly evolving and our staff provides exemplary service. Happy Hour is from 4pm - 5:30 p.m., daily, with mouth watering tapas and refreshing cocktail specials - all at a great price! We have the trendiest local bar scene, with live entertainment every Friday and Saturday. Check out our front porch with open fire pits! Our Private Party Room is a great place to host your rehearsal dinner, graduation party, birthday party, hail & farewell or any other special event.

Established in 1992.

Hot Tuna is a local landmark. This legendary establishment was opened in 1992 by Brett, and Jennifer, two great friends and Virginia Beach natives. After more than 30 years, Brett, Savanah, JB, Doug and Jennifer are still enthusiastic owners who continually reinvent Hot Tuna with creative new menus sourced from local waters and farms. Brett K, Savannah D, Jennifer P.We started our restaurant in 1992.  The menu is changed often to keep it fresh. We proudly participate in the Buy Fresh Buy Local program.  We are a Virginia Green certified restaurant, AAA diamond rated, and use Virginia Clams, Oysters, produce, & the best fresh fish around.  It's not too hard when your restaurant is next to the Chesapeake Bay.
