Located in the heart of Birkdale Village, locally owned eeZ has been the spot for the freshest sushi in the area since 2005. eeZ offers sashimi, nigiri and basic rolls, but also takes things a step further with our specialty rolls! Each dish, including our stir fry options and adorable bentos for kids, is fully customizable at the guest's request. We are also well known for our longstanding commitment to food quality, sourcing sustainably raised and harvested seafood wherever possible. Have a food allergy? Not a problem - just let us know and we will customize a dish that is safe for you to eat. Celebrating a special occasion? Our private dining room seats up to 12 and is perfect for small groups - give us a call and ask for manager to reserve! Make sure to take advantage of our weekly drink specials on our dog friendly patio: Sundays: $5 Bloody Marys & Mimosas, Mondays: 1/2 price eeZ cocktails, Tuesdays: 1/2 price eeZ martinis, Wednesdays: 1/2 price bottles of wine.

History

Established in 2005.

We began with an American-Asian fusion concept, Zyng, in February, 2005. Birkdale Village provided a perfect location to operate with this menu variety. After listening to the overwhelming feedback from guests that sushi would be a great complement, the team made a drastic format change in late 2006. eeZ Fusion & Sushi opened with the addition of a fresh rolled to order sushi bar which proved to round out a concept already thriving off of a unique American-Asian menu blend. We are committed to continuing the evolution of the concept, sticking to the "all fresh ingredients" format that has helped gain eeZ Fusion & Sushi the success it enjoys today. In 2022 the restaurant underwent a complete renovation and was rebranded as eeZ.
