History

Established in 2021.

Daddy Mac's is for our friends and neighbors. It's our modern take on Southern hospitality. Our menu is deeply rooted in the recipes and personalities of owner Dave McFarland's four grandparents, so we like to say Daddy Mac's is steeped in family tradition and pickle juice. Everything on our menu is made from scratch, including the smoked meats on our Bar-B-Cue-Terie Board, Mama's Got Mac mac n cheese skillets, and our exciting shareables for the table. We also serve local and proprietary craft beers and cocktails, host live music throughout the week and special events throughout the year.
