History

Established in 2013.

As guys born and bred in Charlotte, we're as local as they come. We know all about Southern hospitality, comfort provisions and rock and roll. Charlotte's our town, we know it and love it, but we also know that it needs a little inspiration from the icons who've inspired our own vivacious nature. That's why we created Cowbell Burger and Bar, to satisfy not only in taste but also in sight and sound. Look out for Lennon, Zeppelin, or Stanley, watching over as you dine, drink and dance to the songs born out of the original era that inspired cool. Our artisanal burgers range from acoustic to bass-driven.
