History

Established in 2011.

In many regions of India there is a deep belief that serving food to others is a service to humanity. We hold sacred that belief and would like to introduce you to the wonders of Tamil cuisine. Cooked by five-star chefs, our fare includes traditional vegetarian and also non-vegetarian dishes. You also have a choice of eating your meal in the traditional way, with your food served on a banana leaf. Of course, rice is a main staple with a combination of spices creating aroma and flavor that can't be matched in any other cuisine. The name Cholanad is derived from the great Chola Empire of Tamils. Explore our menus, come in, and prepare for an experience that you will want to repeat time and again. We look forward to meeting you!
