Bean Vegan Cuisine cooks the food that we like to eat, that is familiar to our history and our customers, and presents it in a way that will excite and surprise vegans and non-vegans alike. We use local and organic products when possible. All of our products are vegan and naturally cholesterol free. We believe in the healthy benefits of a plant based diet, and promote a plant based diet within our community. We are closed on Tuesdays. 5 fun facts about BEAN! 1. We will always be a 100% vegan restaurant. All of the owners at BEAN are vegan, and support a plant based lifestyle. 2. We don't allow outside food or drink, to preserve our cruelty free environment. 3. We don't use a freezer. We use fresh fruits and vegetables to create our menu items. 4. We don't have a microwave. We make all of our food fresh to order. 5. We use Cast Iron frying pans, just like Charlie's grandma used to use!
