Wheatfields Restaurant & Bar, 440 Broadway downtown Saratoga Springs, NY has been preparing and serving fresh-made pasta dishes since 1988. After 21 years of making fresh pasta in one location, owners Tim & Colleen Holmes ventured out to Clifton Park New York with Wheatfields Bistro & Wine bar. Wheatfields continues to make fresh pasta daily. The menu offers made-to-order vegetarian, gluten free, beef, seafood, chicken and signature dishes all from a scratch kitchen. It is always a pleasure to welcome new people, and a pleasure to thank those who come back again and again. We look forward to seeing you more often, six feet apart of course.

Business Owner

Tim and Colleen Holmes have successfully worked in the food and beverage business for 30 years.  They founded WOW Restaurants Inc which includes Wheatfields Restaurant & Bar in downtown Saratoga Springs, Wheatfields Bistro & Wine Bar in Clifton Park, BWP Your Local Grille in Saratoga Springs, Wheatfields Caters!, and coming in October 2015 BWP's second location. Currently, Tim is President of the Saratoga Springs Downtown Business Association and Colleen serves as Past Chairman of the Board of the New York Restaurant Association.
