Serving Chef inspired seasonal menus, in house roasted coffees, infused crafted martinis and cocktails, and so much more. Located on Victoria Av, 1 blk east of Clifton Hill in the Niagara Falls tourist District. Directly across from Casino Niagara. Food Creation is lead under the skilled direction of Chef Jordan Pisaric. Guest service and Attention lead by, Dan "the Man" Morrison. Our Experience Began Sept. 2013. Originally from Vancouver B.C. I moved here to Niagara Falls in 2008 to be near my wife's family when our second son was born. "Happy Wife... Happy Life". I have been a hospitalitarian for over 30 years now.... (Wow)I have worked mostly in casual, fresh food restaurants, Night clubs, lounges and urban eateries.I have learned a lot about the guests needs and how to fulfill that need thru indulgence and attention to details.I believe that I understand what it means to give service and what it means to accept it as well. There is nothing better for me than to see someone discover a new taste or sensation that they didn't expect.The whole reason for opening, Weinkeller, is to try and return to the art and the experience of social dining. People's tastes are evolving, you are trying more adventurous menus. I like simple things... simply amazing things. I hope to see you enjoy Weinkeller soon.
